1. Right to Withdraw

  • Customers have a 14-day right to withdraw from purchases of products that are not used or personalized, unless:

    • the product is personalized to the customer’s request, or

    • the product is perishable or can quickly deteriorate.

  • To exercise this right, the customer must:

    • notify the Provider via email or WhatsApp,

    • return the product in unused and undamaged condition.

2. Return Procedure

  1. After notification, the Provider confirms receipt and provides instructions for return.

  2. Customers must package the product carefully to avoid damage during transport.

  3. Return costs are covered by the customer, except for defective or non-compliant products, in which case the Provider covers costs.

  4. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

3. Complaints

  • Defects or damages must be reported within 8 days of receipt.

  • The Provider may repair, replace, or refund the product, depending on the case.
