The website presents handmade products. The online store is currently not active. Orders are accepted via email or WhatsApp.

All content (text, images, design) is owned by the Provider and protected by copyright. Copying or using it without permission is prohibited.

3. Orders

Orders are submitted via email or WhatsApp. The Provider confirms:

• product availability,

• price,

• production and shipping time.

An order is confirmed only after the Provider sends confirmation.

4. Payment and Delivery

• Payment is made in advance (bank transfer, PayPal, or in person).

• Orders are considered executed after payment is received.

• Delivery is in person or via post, with costs and timing communicated at order confirmation.

• The Provider is not responsible for delays or damage during shipping, except if caused by improper packaging by the Provider.

5. Returns, Withdrawals, and Complaints

• Customers have a 14-day right to withdraw for products that are unused and non-personalized.

• For returns of non-defective products, the customer usually covers shipping, except for defective or non-compliant products, where costs are covered by the Provider.

• Complaints regarding defects or damage must be reported within 8 days of receipt.

6. Personalized Products

For personalized products (e.g., magnets with photos), customers confirm they have the right to use provided images or material. The Provider is not responsible for third-party copyright violations.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Slovenian and EU law applies. Competent court: District Court in Koper.
